Samman Association, formerly known as Indian Epilepsy Association, Bombay Chapter, has been working for people with epilepsy and caregivers since 1971.
Our Mission is to be an Association that nurtures and empowers the portential in every person with epilepsy.
A little about us:
- The Bombay Chapter is now rechristened Samman Association.
- Samman Association, also called as Epilepsy Mumbai, strives to increase epilepsy awareness through various campaigns and education programs.
- We have worked with schools and colleges to promote epilepsy understanding and proper management of children with epilepsy.
- Since 2007, Samman has been conducting rural camps at Pen in Raigad district and at Talasari in Palghar, where anti-epileptic medicines are given free or at a nominal rate.
