It was a pleasure to conduct the art competition at ADAPT today. The children – not only those who received prizes – but all who took part had joy written all over their faces whilst colouring or painting. There were 3 groups: pre-primary kids, primary – middle school children and the pre-vocational group. Dr. Pravina Shah and Varsha Hooja were the judges. They had a very difficult task as the children had varying degrees of disability. Whilst the children coloured Dr. Pradnya Gadgil and Dr. Pravina Shah spoke to the parents about epilepsy and disorders that can unfortunately occur at birth. Thanks to Sanofi the children and staff of ADAPT and the rest of us enjoyed delicious snacks. All in all a fun day!
