Some DOs and DON’Ts:
The Donation should be in form of: Cheque/ NEFT/ Other Banking Modes.
We accept Donation from:
- Resident Indian National,
- A company incorporated under C mpanies Act, 2013, including a domestic Company which may be a subsidiary company of MNC,
- Resident HUF, Partnership Firm or Limited Liability Partnership Firm incorporated under LLP Act, 2008.
Every Donation shall be accompanied with following:
- PAN Card (Mandatory requirement)
- Address of Donor
- Mobile Number of Donor
- Email Address of Donor
No Tax at source (TDS) will be deducted by Donor.
80G Tax Deduction Certificate will be given to donors.
Donation cheques or bank transfers should be from the account of the donor. No third party cheques/payments will be accepted.
The Donation receipt shall be generated in the name of the Donor whose PAN Card has been provided at the time of Donation.
