We had 3 successful consecutive epilepsy awareness programmes:
29th September – Al Barkat Malik School, Kurla where the speakers were Neurologist Dr. Amit Vatkar and Pooja Nandi on behalf of Samman Association. There were 80 teachers in attendance.
30th September – Fortis Hiranandani Hospital, Vashi – Speakers: Neurologists Dr. Neeraj Jain spoke on Epilepsy in general and dos and don’ts; Dr. Pawan  Ojha spoke on Epilepsy and Women and Carol D’Souza spoke on Living Confidently with Epilepsy.  Pooja Nandi compered the session.
1st October – YMCA Ghatkopar – Once again Dr. Amit Vatkar volunteered to conduct this session. Â We are very grateful for his support.
