Results of recent psychological testing indicated that our people with epilepsy have strong feelings of helplessness. Therefore at the last support group meeting I conducted a session focused on ‘From Helplessness to Control’. As a guide I used Paramahansa Yogananda’s talk on ‘What is Fate?’ Knowing that one session will not bring about control, starting last Monday we start our day with the Isha Kriya meditation followed with sharing and counselling. I am hopeful this will lead to some improvement. Carol
