Hi, as there were new people attending this support group meeting, each of us introduced ourselves and our relationship with the organization. We then answered questions put forth by our guests, after which we had a short session on Changing Habits that don’t work for us. At the end of it all, we enjoyed the sumptuous bhel made by Nitin and his mother. Carol
