Ananya Harlankar

Ananya, 23, was diagnosed with epilepsy a couple of years ago and is also on the autism spectrum. With the right treatment and anti-epileptic medication, her seizures are now under control.

In spite of the dual challenges she faces, Ananya continues to move forward with remarkable spirit. She pursues her love for painting — a passion that brings her calm and joy. Music is her other great love; she is a Sangeet Visharad and holds an M.A. in Classical Music.

Ananya says that both painting and music help her relax, keep her positive, and give her the strength to face each day with renewed hope and enthusiasm.
