The International Day of Yoga is approaching ……..
To celebrate the event SAMMAN ASSOCIATION in partnership with ISHA FOUNDATION is giving you the opportunity to attend
a complimentary Yoga session on Sunday 5th June 2016 from 4-6pm
 at ADAPT, Center for Inclusion & Research
(formerly Spastic Society of India),
KC Marg, Bandra Reclamation, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050
(in front of Hotel Rang Sharda and near Lilavati Hospital).
You will be taught simple Upa Yoga practices which have numerous benefits:
- Relieves physical stress and tiredness.
- Strengthens the joints and muscles.
- Rejuvenates the body after periods of inactivity.
- Negates the effects of jetlag and long travel.
The practices taught do not require any prior knowledge or experience of yoga or meditation & does not require any empty stomach condition
(preferably light stomach).
Participants can learn these practices in one session and then practice these at home regularly.
