I am an early riser since a while now.
But when you rise early for a cause close to your heart – in anticipation of something that may unfold differently but still touch you one way or another.
This camp is close to me and took me back to my childhood days. You may think why?
During my childhood- the number of seizures I had and medications I took the list was never ending. Today, I was the one registering the patients. Today, I was the one going through prescriptions and handing over medications to patients. The transition from:
It may seem like just a few sentence but the weightage and importance it holds for me is immense.
The gratification I got today by going to a district hospital in Dahanu helping patients and their caregivers was really satisfying. There are some moments which words cannot describe and this was definitely one of them.
And to top it off – this being done on 11th May which happens to be Mother’s Day- I am sure wherever my mom is , she is watching and would be really proud of me.

The smiles- showed a feeling of being cared for
Creating that feeling for 100+ people in a single day and being personally involved in it- leaves you feeling like you’ve done something right, something worthwhile, something everlasting.
