Our recent epilepsy rural medical camp at Dharampur, which took place on May 18, 2025, helped us bridge the gap of proper treatment and care for rural patients with epilepsy. Our team provided crucial care to 80 patients, conducting 4 EEGs and identifying 5 patients who required MRI scans. Additionally, 5 potential surgery candidates were shortlisted, offering them new hope for a better life.
One notable highlight was Dr. Ankit’s identification of a critical child who received the right diagnosis and treatment. The event was a testament to teamwork, with fabulous collaboration among our medical professionals.
A huge thank you to:
– Dr. Joy Desai for leading this camp with his impeccable expertise
– Dr. Akash for being an integral part of the team and helping with patient treatment
– Dr. Ankit for dedicating two consecutive Sundays to Samman’s rural camps and helping with patient treatment
– Nola ma’am for simply everything
It’s an honor and pleasure to work alongside such dedicated individuals, bringing healthcare to those who need it most. Our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team of Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital, Dharampur.
