This Sunday morning, Aug 11, started slightly differently for Samman members where we had the chance to practice yoga.

Our very own member and yoga therapist Aneeta Dominic took a wonderful session for us where she explained the importance of yoga, did breathing exercises , warm up and finally a stressfree relaxation.

Thank you Aneeta for this lovely sessionlooking forward to many more such sessions and lots more participation.

We had 7 members join in, and had some lovely feedback about the session.
