Yesterday Samman Association & Isha Foundation conducted the Upa Yoga program which 19 people attended. Upa Yoga consists of sets of 5 minute exercises aimed to give you Health, Joy, Peace, Love, Success and more. Â The sets do not need to be done together at a stretch and can be done singly or in combination at any time and at any place. Â They are simple stretching, breathing and chanting exercises. Daily practice will lead to immense benefits. The International Day of Yoga is approaching. Take the lead – be the first to do yoga in your home and encourage other family members to follow!
