From February 9 to March 9 2025, Samman successfully completed another soft skills training program, empowering participants with essential skills to excel in their personal and professional lives.

The comprehensive program consisted of four extensive sessions, each spanning four hours. Our expert trainer, Jerusha Ranshinge, a master trainer and Samman member, facilitated these sessions with an interactive workshop module. This approach allowed participants to explore their strengths, work on their shortcomings, and develop practical skills in:

• Communication
• Presentation skills
• Interview preparation
• Time management

Jerusha’s expertise and engaging training style created a supportive environment where participants felt encouraged to learn, share, and grow. By the end of the program, participants had gained valuable insights, built confidence, and developed competence in critical soft skills.
